Today's patients are presenting with co-morbidities and complex wounds that require a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to wound care. At the same time, health care technology continues to develop new advances in wound care treatments.

The purpose of this symposium is to provide health care professionals with the latest intervention strategies for skin and wound care including hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and mist therapy. Products that can be beneficial for cleansing, moisturizing, sealing, and protecting wounds, the importance of nutrition and wound healing will be discussed.

This symposium is geared toward all health care professionals interested in expanding their overall understanding of skin and wound care and improving the quality of care for the patient.
